Payment methods

Cash on delivery
Payment is made in full upon delivery of the order, in cash or by card, depending on the courier's options.

Order processing and delivery

Order cut-off time

Orders placed by 5:00 PM (Romanian time, GMT+02:00 / Eastern European Standard Time – Bucharest) on a working day are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within maximum 2 working days from their confirmation.

Delivery takes place within 1–2 working days from the moment the package is picked up by the courier.

Non-working days and public holidays are not included in the processing and delivery times.

Orders are delivered with the DPD courier company.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost is 14.99 lei, applicable nationwide, regardless of the delivery location for all orders.

Non-delivery situations

If the recipient is not found at the specified address, the courier will attempt to contact them to arrange a new delivery.

If delivery cannot be made, the package will be returned to the seller, and the order will be cancelled.
